Dr. Hurley Elected as a Fellow of the National Academy of Inventors

Updated: Apr 5

Reglagene is proud to announce that our Chief Scientific Officer, Dr. Laurence Hurley, was elected as a fellow of the National Academy of Inventors (NAI). “Election as an NAI fellow is the highest professional distinction accorded solely to academic inventors.”

We are thankful that Dr. Hurley is commercializing his most recent scientific discoveries as the CSO and co-founder of Reglagene. As stated in the article, “Hurley's work has generated the general acceptance of quadruplexes as a new class of validated targets for drug development.” He has a proven track record of success. Dr. Hurley has created four companies, developed two drugs that went through Phase I and II clinical trials, published 278 articles, and is changing the way we fight therapy resistant cancers.
